We review your request and confirm what's possible for your family, then send you a clear quote for your pack or services. Once you validate it, we start working on the school and housing search together.
You receive your school recommendations with full cost comparisons, and a housing shortlist built around your top school picks. For the properties you like best, we arrange video tours before you commit.
You choose your preferred school and we help you prepare the dossier. You choose your apartment from the shortlist matched to your criteria, and we negotiate the lease. If you added the nanny, we start that search in parallel.
A private transfer takes your family from the airport to your accommodation. If your apartment isn't ready yet, we have recommended temporary options in your city. Your TM30 is filed within 24 hours of arrival.
Your school place is confirmed, your apartment is set up, and your vehicle is delivered. If you added the nanny, she's in place too. We stay available on WhatsApp for the first weeks.
